Orders are usually shipped within seven to ten days of the customer placing an order depending on our workload. We will do our best to give you a realistic date of when we will ship your order and we will work with you to try and meet any deadlines that may be in place. Domestic orders usually ship via USPS Priority mail and International orders usually ship via USPS International Priority Mail service.

Other methods of shipping can be arranged to satisfy the customers requirements.

Essex Surfhousings LLC warrants our workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase. No other warranties are granted or implied. Due to the variables involved in the use and maintenance of a waterhousing; Essex Surfhousings LLC can not and will not be held liable for any water damage to any camera equipment used in conjunction with our products.
